SnapServe Reports Apps Support -- iOS version
The snapserve reports application let's store managers access store statistics using snapserve's API.
Access to the app requires an account and the user presents:
- Aggregated information on all the stores that the user has on his/her's account by clicking on the "Reports" tab.
- Store specific information by clicking on the "Stores" tab and selecting the respecitve store.
The app requires a host URL which is preset to: https://gfg.snapserve.io/api
The app will enable the user to select:
- The period on which to get for (ranging from ALL to Today). These controls are located on a bottom horizontal scroll view
- The metric on which to get for. These controls are located on a top horizontal scroll view
Metrics include:
- Overview: this metric shows total sale data (e.g. gross sales, discounts, total and canceled orders, etc)
- Sales: this metric shows the sales per date (the range depends on the period selected)
- KPIs: this metric shows different key performance indicators
- Methods: this metric shows the sales per payment type (e.g. credit, cash)
- Revenue per category: this metric shows the sales per category group (e.g. drinks, food, snacks)
- Revenue per table: this metric shows the sales per table (only the top K tables are shown)
- Terminals: this metric shows the sales per terminal
- Types: this metric shows the distribution of sales per service type (dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering)
- User: this metric shows the total sales amount per user
- Working hours: this metric shows the total number of working hours per user
